Platform 1 is a unique and diverse mental health charity, making access to mental health services quick and easy. There are no long waiting times, no having to explain your issues with a multitude of different people; just an offer of easy to access tailored support for you.

About

Platform 1 started as a men's mental health charity and grew rapidly to meet the needs of not only men but the whole community. The charity started in a railway yard at the side of Platform 1 in Huddersfield railway station, this has now developed into our support and therapy site. People can relax in a converted railway yard working in a unique environment of converted railway carraiges.
